Chapter Homes have completed their Third residential development at Hartley Gardens in Gilesgate, which sees a total of 60 new 2, 3 and 4-bedroom homes constructed only a short walk from the vibrant city of Durham.

Ward Robinson was commissioned to design the Show Home and Marketing Suite. The brief was to provide a show home interior with the wow factor following the latest trends.

The Marketing Suite situated in the large open plan kitchen of the show home provides customers with their first impression of Chapter Homes and will be the main point of sale for the properties as well as displaying samples and optional extras available to customise their home.
